1. All Hunts are accompanied by a Professional Hunter. Travel from accommodation to the local Hunting area is provided. IT IS RECOMMENDED ALL HUNTERS CHECK AND ZERO THEIR RIFLE’S BEFORE ARRIVAL.

2. The Hunter must accept that he may not be allowed to shoot at a Deer unless the Professional Hunter is satisfied that he competent to do so. The Hunter must also accept that not all Deer encountered will be part of the cull.

3. Firearms details will be given on booking so that UK Deer Management Services can obtain the Visitors Firearms Permit for the Hunter. A FIREARMS PERMIT THAT IS ISSUED IN THE HUNTER’S OWN COUNTRY IS REQUIRED ON BOOKING ( a copy is acceptable) and a European Firearms Pass ( The Original must be provided) The Visitors Firearms Permit will be sent to the Hunter 21 days before he travels along with details of Hunting area and directions to accommodation if booked by UK Deer Management Services.

4. Hunters must provide their own Public Liability Insurance as this is NOT provided by UK Deer Management Services.

5. Jagdschien is not needed in the UK.

6. UK Deer Management Services reserve the right to send a Hunter home, without refund if safety rules are infringed, or inhumane shots are attempted.

7. The decision of the Professional Hunter from UK Deer Management Services will be final, on any matter concerning hunting.

8. Travel Insurance is not included in the price, UK Deer Management Services strongly recommend that each Hunter takes out their own travel insurance arrangements.

9. Lost trophies or damaged Venison will be charged accordingly per carcass. If any animal is wounded no further hunting will take place until the wounded animal has been found and despatched humanely.

10. Firearms will be locked away securely by the Hunter after each Hunt. Ammunition and Bolt will be placed in the custody of Professional Hunter.

11. Accommodation, hire cars and taxis can be arranged by UK Deer Management Services. Also collection from and to the Airports can be arranged, please ask for further details on booking.

12. All Roe trophies will be weighed whole (without bottom jaw) then minus 90 gms 24 hours after cleaning.

13. A Trophy preparation service can be provided and a charge of £20 for Chinese Water Deer, Muntjac and Roe. £30 for Fallow, Sika and Red. For full cape an additional charge of £20 will be made. All Trophies are Long Nose cut below the bottom of the eye.

14. The booking deposit is non-refundable, however UK Deer Management Services will at our discretion return deposits if we are able to sell the Hunting dates that have been booked.
